I have 6750XT and latest beta drivers (22.10.1)
Neither frequency nor power limit. More than that, my frequency is allowed to go up to 2850 or so and power limit set to 265W.
And it takes overlaying anything on top, and voila. FPS also goes up as frequency increases...
Now there is actual limit
