So my problem is that at random moments when the card is under load it sort of switches of (activity drops to 0-5%) while it appears CPU is trying to take over its competences, (0% CPU activity on idle, 100% while opening any graphical programe). Of course such action causes immediate lag and renders the machine unusable. Computer is a Dell T3610 PC. I attach system specs and examples of such behavior.
