Hello

Failing to buy a graphics card on the shop amd, I wanted to buy a used.
Will the warranty work if the invoice is not in my name?

Doubt it.
Most are for original purchaser with proof of receipt from original seller. 
Depends where you are, and which GPU. 
Check the manufacturers website and support for your region. 
Some, such as XFX, have allowed transferrable warranties in the past.

In fact, I can buy a 6900xt which have been pushase from amd shop. But by another person

AMD Warranty is Non-Transferable so the Warranty on that GPU card purchased from AMD Store by another User, The AMD Warranty only applies to that purchaser and no one else.

Also buying a used GPU card  from another person you are taking a risk in that the GPU card can be:

1- Fake GPU card

2-Possibly has been repaired or unknown history of it use (Overclocking, Modified vBIOS, etc).

If you need to purchase a used GPU card as expensive as the one you want I suggest you purchase a Refurbished GPU card from a EU Retailer. That way you will have, at least, a 2 Year EU Consumer Warranty on it from the EU Retailer.

I don't want buy a used gpu.

But I haven't other choice because on amdstore all gpu are out of stock

You may as well talk with AMD Technical support about it. 

You never know, they might be able to help you somehow regarding information on card availability in France or maybe getting refurbished / returned cards.

It's confirmed, the warranty is not transferable

So I have to keep trying to get a drop......maybe a day
