This error happens when engaging video content in fullscreen with MPV (when using the vulkan api).

I read the thread you opened at Github but you didn't report it to AMD directly by opening a thread here at AMD Forums. Since this is a User to User Forum with AMD employees moderating the forums.
If you want to report the Vulkan bug you can open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
You can also open a thread at Developer's OPENGL & VULKAN Forum but you must get whitelisted first by open the thread at : https://community.amd.com/t5/newcomers-start-here/bd-p/newcomer-forum.
