Hello, sometimes my GPU, for seemingly no reason locks it's VRAM speed at max, and drops GPU speed to sometimes even as low 1 MHz, voltage also drops significantly, as well as wattage. This causes (usually for a few minutes, or until a restart) my PC to run at 1fps. This problem has never caused the PC to crash, it just runs at 1fps like that.
This problem didn't occur when I first bought my GPU. Once it started, I reinstalled the drivers, which fixed the problem for like a week, or two, today it happened again right after I opened a game. When I closed it, and waited around 5 minutes, it went back to normal, I opened the game again, and there was no such behavior.
Temperatures are fine, I've never even seen 70C on this GPU, I also did not overclock it.
