Pls help, my video card fans on a rx460 keep starting and stopping, it's driving me insane. Not only that, but I noticed as well that on the "Mainboard" tab in the CPU-Z program it says "link width x8". I wonder whether that's normal cause I have the card installed in a PCIE x16 slot.

And in game i stutter a lot, I need HALP.

Re-upping after 2 years.

For 2 years I've been using my older nVidia card, somehow I forgot about this problem until I built a second pc and was like, hey why not use my Amd rx 460...and I got immediately reminded on why I stopped using the card.

I'm seriously starting to regret trying out amd, like for real...
