I have a new PC with my second 580 card. The first had to be replaced because it had vertical lines and other artifacts.
The new card still have vertical lines across the entire screen with a large blue rectangle in the center.
This happens at the very start of the boot sequence just as the monitor gets a signal.
I have removed the card and reinstalled as well as installed the latest drivers and no change.
