Vega FE Crashed Under Load.

GPU Memory - 16368 MB
GPU Memory Type - HBM2
Core Speed - 1600 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 16 GB DDR4 2133MHz
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz
Everything is at stock clock. No overclocking at all. I have tried 18.2.1 Gaming driver and 18.Q1 Pro driver and 17.12.2 Gaming driver. They all have the same issues: Crash under load. When the crash happened, System will stop responding for a few seconds, and the screen turns into black. After a few seconds, the screen comes back and in the driver WattMan the activity is at 100%. No game running, no big application running. Even when the system just booted, this will happen, too. I tried to reinstall the entire system, still the same problem occurs.
