I see posts related to this from about a year ago, but there was no definitive answer. While playing overwatch I see temperatures go up around 85C, which it will stay at for a while, and then the my system goes black and restarts. In Overwatch I have the settings to Epic. I found if I lower the setting to Ultra, it still crashes, but at High it's stable. I did not pay a bunch of cash for a high end card I need to nerf to not crash.
I have tried a few things like changing the fan to go max at 70C, and also did 2 different cables from power supply I heard about. I also saw something about bios safety settings maybe being the issue. Haven't messed with that though as I don't want to adjust safety setting unless this is the definitive answer. I thought of returning the card for a replacement, but I have a feeling I'll get same issues. Please Help!
