I recently discovered that my Sapphire Vega 56 memory clock would randomly stay at 800 Mhz while doing nothing. Sometimes it will fix itself , sometimes not, forcing me to reboot. Every setting is at stock value , I didn't change a thing. I don't know if it is related to the refresh rate of my monitor , I didn't encounter the problem when I set the value to 120hz , but I want to get the most out of it .
