Vega 11` issues after drive format

Had some issues with blue screens so formatted my boot drive and fixed the issue. After the format I reinstalled the graphics drivers and AMD adrenaline but for some reason I have some graphics issues. I frequently get an error saying "a driver timeout has occured" after the screen flickers and my game crashes. This happened to both graphics-intense games and esports titles. Also, some graphics-intense games like guilty gear strive and monster hunter: world, either crash on launch or after a few minutes in game. I have reinstalled the graphics drivers and rebooted my PC several times. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a Ryzen 5 2400g/Vega 11 with 16GB of ram

Fixed the issue, at least it seems like it for now. I underclocked my RAM and lowered the voltage to 1.2V. It's running at 2400mhz instead of 3200 but at least the pc works now
