Hello! I do not know why i am bought radeon graphic Card instead nvidia or something. But I bought Radeon RX 580 and now it periodically make fatal error when I play Dota2 or Pubg
My system:
- AMD Graphics Card
- Sapphire AMD radeon RX 580 Nitro+
- Desktop or Laptop System
- Operating System
- Driver version installed
- win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-17.12.1-dec11
- Display Devices
- Samsung S27H850QFI 2560x1440 @60Hz HDMI
- Motherboard + Bios Revision
- Gigabyte LGA1151 GA-H270 Gaming3
- CPU/APU
- Power Supply Unit Make, Model & Wattage
- RAM
My Issue:
1. Often when Iam play Dota 2 or PUBG the picture just freeze or turn to blackscreen, nevetheless the game remain running, because iam hear game sounds and controls works. BUT i cannot do anything. Ctrl+Alt+Del is not work! Only hard reset PC can fix it problem.
2. Also the "Radeon Settings" program sometimes does not work. And it not important issue, but may be this information can help to solve first issue. When i try to start it with the right click on desktop "Radeon settings" it crashed with standart windows tools. But it problem i can fix with just reinstalling graphic driver.
