Hello.
Im at a complete loss here, so I need your help and i am gonna do something I rarely do: Pray.
Pray for someone to say I know how to fix this issue, so just do these few steps.
I built a PC for a friend of mine (specs below) based on AMD hardware.
Oh how joyus he was when it arived and he watched me assemble the hardware, install windows and the drivers. Could not wait to play his favorite games with high-end graphics and 100+ FPS...
Except, the graphics are... And I sorry for the words I am using; garbage.
The main issue here is the noise in the shadows, water and general reflections.
It's as if there is a film grain (grain is the word, just popped) on random objects and the things mentioned above.
So please, help us out here.
