I have HP Pavilion G6 1200TX
Which has a
• i3 2330m 2nd generation
• Intel HD Graphics Family
1012 MB DEDICATED
It is shown as Intel HD 3000 graphics in windows 10 and above.
• AMD RADEON HD 6470M
1024 MB DDR3 VRAM DEDICATED
IN Windows 8.1 and Above such as Windows 10 and 11 it shows Amd Radeon HD 7400m series
With the same specs.
My problem is whenever I play any game like GTA V (which I play) is shows [1012 MB Graphics memory] which is dedicated to Intel HD Graphics and I am unable to use the Amd Radeon Graphics in games and software.
Even when I use Dxdiag, in display section it only shows Intel HD 3000 Graphics not Amd Graphics whether I'm using Windows 7,8,8.1,10,11.
All the RIGHT click options like Amd Graphics Properties and Configure switchable graphics are showing. I have already set the graphics to high performance.
Please help me solve this problem I'm a 16 Year old teen and I can't afford a new laptop my father bought it 2nd hand for me.
