I have 2 Radeon Pro W6800's that appear to work fine. The problem is one shows to have 31.98GB of VRAM and the other only 29.98GB? They are both in the same machine, AMD 7950X with 96GB ram running Win 11 Pro 22H2. Here is the partial output of hipinfo just to prove it:
