When playing Titanfall 2 and in a titan, if you get hit with the Energy Syphon ability from a monarch it causes the framerate to drop to around 15 until the on screen effect the ability generates disappears.
Apparently this is a very known issue and has been there since the Vega 64 days and still somehow hasn't been fixed.
Happening on my 7900GRE as well as from what I've heard most newer AMD GPU's
