PC Graphics

Hey
I have a Lenovo laptop with a double graphics chip AMD Radeon R7 Graphics and AMD Radeon R7 260DX. Windows 10 x64. The problem is that I can not set in any way that applications (games and design) use a stronger graphics card. I tried on AMD and LENOVO controllers, in both cases the same effect, set the highest performance and integrated graphics is run, not dedicated. How can I change this? Unfortunately the menu is in Polish in screenshots.
