My current driver version is 22.10.2
Sometimes when I alt tab, particularly when loading into a new map in Guild Wars 2, I get a few seconds of stuttering where the screen completely freezes before it abruptly catches up. Sometimes instead of stuttering, I get a black screen and it hangs. I am playing Guild Wars 2 in windowed mode. This problem is not unique to Guild Wars 2. Occasionally, when loading onenote for the first time, I also get some stuttering.
Is this a problem with the driver or memory or something else?
