I've faced stuttering and freezing issues in games and desktop.

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor 4.20 GHz

32.0 GB

AMD Radeon Saphire 7900 xtx.

I tried deleting adrenaline, optimising every single software and games, set back drivers, but nothing helped.

Possible issues and fixes?
