Screen Flickering when moving windows with videos across Taskbar

Alright, so I am not sure if this is an issue with my Card or with my Monitor or something else but here it goes:

I have an AOC Monitor (Q27G2S, 1440p, 165Hz, 27") and another secondary Monitor (Philipps Vline 1080p, 60Hz, 24") and I have recently started noticing that, when my Monitor is set to exactly 144Hz, when I move a Browser-Window (or other video player) with a Video from either Reddit or Youtube (paused or playing) and the bottom border of the application "touches" my Taskbar (either going down or up), the entire monitor flashes Black once for a very short, but noticeable, moment.

After testing around some I found that unplugging my second monitor, using Firefox 109 (Current version is 110) or (bizarrely) using an incognito window of Firefox were working fixes (though none of these are options for a permanent fix).

Another fix I found was just using another refresh rate (either 60, 120, pr 165Hz) and with that the flashing disappears and the only thing left is a very tiny nudging of the window when moved the same way.

Apart from that nothing from using other cables, turning off GSync, changing Resolution, changing browsers or uninstalling MSI Afterburner seemed to work

I am thoroughly confused by some of the fixes and I hope someone here has an idea what might be causing it.

If it is some technical fault with the Monitor that would be fine, I still have warranty (The monitor is not even two weeks old and the system as a whole was assembled January 28th).

For my Specs:

Radeon RX 6800 (Driver Version 22.11.2 (In the Notes there seemed to be a fix to something that sounded like my problem but not entirely)

Ryzen 5 5600X

32GB (2x 16GB) DDR4 3200MHz RAM
