Sapphire RX590 LED´s of Letters don´t work

Hello,

I bought a Sapphire RX590 special edition, everything works fine, but the RGB Letters of the "Sapphire" Letters don´t work, they is no light...

Do I have to do anything special?? The Driver is actual and the Trixx Software does no influence on the LED´s. The LED´s of the fans work..

Can someone please help me? Thank you!

You need to talk to Sapphire about this issue, they made the card, not AMD.
