Almost every game I play, my Gpu usage either is at 0% or constantly drops to 0%. I have a Ryzen 3 2200g, do you think my Cpu is bottlenecking the Rx 580 Nitro+?
There are some games that my Fps is worse with low graphics settings and better with high graphics settings.
