After entering the game, the video card is waiting for 5-10 minutes and resetting pcye. Is there anyone who can help about this issue. Thank you in advance.

intel i5 2400
8gb ram
rx 570 4gb
power supply everest 400watt

You likely have a power issue. That card requires a minimum of a 500 watt power supply according to the Saphire site. 

If you were running alright your power supply may have been right on the edge and now has degraded a bit. Power supplies lose power slowly over time.
