my rtx3060 recently died, uninstalled it with ddu, and i switched to my igpu for the meantime (ryzen 8700g).
after 2 hours of normal browsing, netflix, or gaming, i'm having severe eye strain and headaches due to thin text (especially white background and black text). i sit about arm's length from my monitor, but now i have to lean really close to my monitor just to be able to read the thin text. this wasn’t an issue when i had my rtx3060, as i could be on my pc for 10-12 hours without any eye strain or headaches at all.
i've tried windows cleartype about 10 times now but there’s no difference, it’s still the same. i also tried third-party apps like mactype, but no difference. all my games, browser, and windows explorer display the same thin fonts. my chipset and drivers are up to date. i tried enabling/disabling anti-aliasing, ris, and scaling settings in radeon adrenalin software, and my windows dpi is set to the default 100%, with no changes made before i had my rtx3060. but nothing works.
please, i need advice. it feels like i’m going to have permanent damage to my eyesight soon, and it’s driving me really nuts
