Hi, I received my cpu from Amazon and it shows very low scores, I have gigabyte x570 mb on latest firmware and it’s worse thank my very very good 3700x dose this seem faulty
You're going to have to be specific about what "scores" you're referring to. And you need to supply information like clock speed and temperature while running the software in question.
