I recently upgraded a ryzen 5 2400G with a 3400G on an ASUS B450M-Plus motherboard running Win10Pro. All the lastest drivers etc.
One application, HDHomeRun, then exhibited jerky video, and task manager showed gpu at 100%. I went back to the 2400G, and task manger shows gpu between 40 and 50%. This problem has got me stumped. Is it a bad CPU, or something else? Thanks
