Hi, I have been running driver number 23.12.1 for quite a few months for various reasons and the other day I decided to clean install (Using DDU) the Latest AMD "minimal install" driver. Since switching I have been noticing some white flickering happening in discord and google chrome. I haven't tried turning off hardware acceleration yet as suggested on previous forums from older driver but I do have a temporary fix. When I cause the GPU driver to reset via putting the computer to sleep or using the key combo (windows key+ctrl+shift+B) to reset video drivers the problem goes away. still trying to see what exactly is causing it I seems to have when I walk away from my pc for awhile like 45 minutes to an hour.
