RX6900 XT - Audio device disconnects reproducibly

Hello guys,

I have several very annoying problems with my New AMD Radeon RX6900 XT.

One of it is the reconnecting of the HDMI Audio Driver when an application starts playing audio.

Problem description and reproduction:

The easiest way to demonstrate is by a video which I just uploaded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7-QFQEKdM0

Second 3: I start playing a youtube video (sound is playing at the beginning)

Second 5: When you look at the Audio-Tray Icon next to the windows clock in the lower right corner of the screen, you can see the audio device is disconnecting and reconnecting a few times -> Sound stops working now!

Second 11: I click at a random position of the video progress bar while the video is running -> Sound works again!

Actual problems that are caused by that:

That seems to be trivial, but it implicitly leeds the several extremely annoying problems. For example when I maximize certain games, the audio of a youtube video running in the background or on another screen stops. When I minimize the game to "fix" the sound by clicking into the Youtube-Progress bar and then maximize the game again, the sound disappears again.

That means: I cannot listen to youtube videos when I want to play certain games (in fullscreen - no problems with window mode or windowed fullscreen so far because that does not need minimizing/maximizing).

Another problem is that I lose the audio in voice chats randomly very often (for example in discord).

Also some games freeze at the beginning when I trying to start them very often because they lose the audio device on startup.

I did not find anything else by using google, thats why I opened a thread here.

I have the most recent driver installed - even reinstalled it again using DDU.

My Mainboard is a Gigabyte X570 AORUS ULTRA.

Does someone else has a similar problem or knows a possible fix?

Thank you in advance!

PS: another heavy problem is that the card fails to activate the displays after waking the system up from hibernate or energy saving mode very often (in about 1 of 4 times). But I may open another thread for that issue if I cannot find a solution.
