Video of flickering
Hello, my computer will randomly drop frames and amd overlay will flicker when playing games, when not gaming there is no problem. I have tried uninstalling drivers and no luck. Computer will run perfect 200+FPS and randomly when flickering starts be capped at 144 and drop to 40. Please help
