Device manager recognizes my RX580 as one and say's "This device is working properly." but when trying to run the amd radeon app it give me "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware."
I have already installed the three most recent adrenalin versions, which was working fine on my previous rig with the same gpu. I have set my BIOS to use the pcie slots instead of integrated. I know there's problems with the pcie 1 slot not detecting gpu's in the Prime Z390-A so I put the RX580 in all three pcie slots to no avail. I uninstalled all the intel programs to see if it was locking into intel products only but nope. I reset BIOS to default and tried many different combinations listed on other fourms.
Any advice would be appreciated.
