Hey i recently received a MSI RX580 OC ARMOR 8GB MK2 GPU and have been coming accross significant issues when putting the card under load.
To start off, under load or not the power consumption on radeon software seems to be stating
Which seems unrealistic and I believe would be the root of my problems. I have tried replacing the Power supply three times with a 500W, 600W and now a 850W Cougar Power Supply.
The GPU doesnt seem to be overheating and Was just looking for tips and troubleshooting assistance

I am thinking its possibly some sort of power draw issue as the consumption doesn't really go up with the utilization, i have attached a video of this.
