RX 9070 XT low fps + problem with DP 2.1a, I don't see UHBR20 support

Hello everyone.

Upgraded from rtx 4070 ti super to RX 9070 XT. I lost 70 frames per second in 4k resolution in a game that I often play - Hell Let Loose. The 4070 ti super had 220 frames per second, and the RX 9070 XT had 150 frames per second. The drivers are reinstalled correctly. I do not even know what the problem is, because judging by the tests in other games, the RX 9070 XT performs better than the 4070 ti super.

I'm very upset... There is also a problem with DP 2.1a, I don't see UHBR20 support, I have a monitor with a new DP 2.1a (MPG 272URX QD-OLED), but I can't get it to work in 4k 240 Hz,HDR without DSC, it only works in UHBR 13.5 specifications without DSC.

My worst purchase, I don 't even know what to do, since I sold 4070 ti super...

It sounds like you're facing two main issues:

  1. Low FPS in 4K (Hell Let Loose): The RX 9070 XT may not be optimized for this specific game. Try adjusting settings or enabling AMD FidelityFX for better performance. Make sure the game is using the correct GPU and that there are no frame caps or V-Sync limiting FPS.

  2. DP 2.1a and UHBR20 Support: Ensure you're using a DP 2.1 certified cable and that your monitor firmware is up to date. If the issue persists, check if the latest Adrenalin drivers address this limitation
