RX 7600 Green flickering (strobes) horizontal bars while browsing

A month ago I purchased a Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 7600 GAMING OC 8G.

What I noticed was the occasional stroboscope effect with green horizontal lines when I was browsing. I then switched from an HDMI cable to a Displayport cable and this largely resolved the flickering in the browser, but I still get them.

Explanation: They are light green horizontal lines/bars with a strobe effect.

The problem occurs: Only when I'm browsing in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

The problem is more likely to occur if there are many white areas displayed in the browser.

My configuration:

Gigabyte B550m DS3H

AMD Ryzen 5600g (onboard graphics turned off)

Crucial DDR4 3600MHz overclocked to 3866MHz

Cooler Master MWE 550 V2

Samsung LU28E590DS/ EN (HDMI 2.0/ Displayport 1.2)

Freesync on or of no difference

I didn't have this problem with the onboard graphics of the 5600g

Has anyone else experienced this problem with this Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 7600 GAMING OC 8G.

Have tried everything such as: remounting video card, make pcie slot dust free with alcohol and reconnect 6+2 power connection. The displayport cable is firmly in place and I have tried several ports.

i recently bought 6800xt new and I'm having the same issue but on  a smaller scale, while alt-tabbing out of warframe to google chrome there is a very fast flickering that occurs briefly for a frame or two

Thanks for reply, maybe something with the drivers or something, yes can be anything of course. Hopefully AMD can solve this with software. Windows 11 on the other hand is also not very stable when it comes to graphics. (If you use Windows 11 btw)

I use a CLUB3D DisplayPort 1.4 HBR3 Cable 2m Male/Male 8K60Hz cable in my configuration.
