RX 6800XT not displaying

I started getting a PA-300 error on my Pc, saying the Radeon software was not compatible. I tried pretty much everything that other posts say but nothing worked. I went to turn my Pc on again and started getting a white LED on my motherboard with no display on my monitor. So I went ahead and tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked. 

I went ahead and tried my GPU(6800xt) on my other system to test it out, now on the other system, there is a white LED on the motherboard and no display as well. I put an older GPU on my PC which now displays with no issue.

I'm not sure what is going on or what to do with the RX6800 XT GPU.

Ryzen 7 5700x

AMD RX 6800XT

Seasonic FOCUS GX-750

Sounds to me like the 6800 XT might need to be RMA since you said you put it in two different systems and get nothing.
