hello everyone! i need help with my issue... i get micro stutters and frametime pacing issues ( goes till 15-30ms sometimes..... ) in my games such as valorant, pubg, apex legends... i found one solution online on amd forums about " Disable Deep Sleep States Using MPT Can Potentially Remove Stuttering "
https://community.amd.com/t5/graphics/rx6000-rdna2-issues-with-unstable-fps-in-many-games/m-p/578230
https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/disable-deep-sleep-states-using-mpt-can-potentially-remove-stutter...
i used that method and it actually fixed my issue! i got smooth framerates and no lags or stutter! but after a day it starts to give micro stutters again! so i cleared the shader cache from amd software and the stutter was fixed! can u guys please help me out why is this happening? will i have to clear shader cache every time before playing the game?
( i have also tried disabling SAM and ftpm but that didnt help )

I also have freezing issues in online games does anyone know a fix
Here's the video showing the issue:-
