It has been almost a year since I built my whole computer. This issue started like 3 months ago. Whenever adrenalin is running, the GPU is constantly making a static-esque noise which gets especially noticeable when I scroll. However, if I close AMD Adrenalin, the noise completely goes away.
Another thing to note is when it is running, the temperature rises and stabilizes at around 45-49C idle but if I close it, it returns to the normal 25C idle.
If I close the software, I experience micro-stutters once in a while. Like when I open a new tab after some minutes have passed, open task manager, open file explorer or perform some similar tasks. It is especially noticeable when listening to Spotify or watching YouTube since the audio stutters for a short moment.
I have updated to the latest drivers that AMD Adrenalin was suggesting for me.
The following are the specifications of my system:
- XFX RX 6600 XT 8GB
- Ryzen 5 3600
- 32 GB 3200 MHz
- B450M H Motherboard
- Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
- 2 TB NVMe
If any information is needed, I'll provide it.
