My son and I both have Acer displays and have not experienced this issue however ours are 1440p resolution.
Sounds like a dumb question but the hdmi cable is plugged into the gpu HDMI output not the motherboard HDMI port right?
yes its plugged into the gpu hdmi port
I only asked because I've seen it and done it before and it's a fairly common mistake people make. Do you have a display port to hdmi adapter maybe that would work. I haven't experience this problem with a monitor before so I can't help much sorry.
I have the same problem but only 1 displayport works for me I tried to connect the tv to the rx 6600 graphics card via hdmi and it shows that it is not supported on amd software adrenaline it worked for me before 2-3 months ago it stopped working, I tested all hdmi cables on the ps4 that I connected to the tv and they all worked. I took the computer to the service center it worked when I brought it home it didn't work for me what kind of a thing is this
