Rx 6600 Crashes, Driver timeout, Codec problems and other issues.

Hello, I bought the Asrock Rx 6600 a month ago. I didn’t want to wait, but the purchase made me feel disappointed, and I didn’t feel like testing it (Yes, I know, I’m dumb).

Problems:

- I use Parsec at work to access my home PC since I have a lot of free time while waiting for clients... After a while, Parsec disconnects with the error "14003 (Failed to Capture the Host Display)." At the same time, when this happens...
- The stream I'm watching (not the ones I'm lurking) pauses and gives me error 3000 on Twitch, which is also related to the video decoder.
- I have tested Fortnite, Deceit 2, and Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. In all three games, if I DO NOT enable VSYNC, the graphics card crashes (Unexpected error from AMD), and it also produces tearing most of the time. The image appears very smooth above 120 FPS (my monitor is 75Hz), but if I enable VSYNC to fix the annoying tearing, most issues disappear. - However, the image speed, which should be smooth (matching my monitor's max refresh rate), is not as expected and looks laggy (stuttering). I verified this in Minecraft, where there is no tearing without VSYNC, but I must disable VSYNC and set a limit of 120 FPS. More than that unnecessarily heats up the GPU, and less makes it look extremely slow. It's worth mentioning that this did not happen with my Rx 570.
- Only once did the GPU crash while using FurMark at maximum settings. All other times, it passed ALL tests without issues, including the "Heaven Benchmark."
- All problems started when switching from the Rx 570 to the Rx 6600. Previously, I did not encounter any issues of this kind (besides the GPU not being powerful enough for certain tasks).

Things I’ve Tried:

- Updated the drivers to the latest version.
- Downgraded the drivers to community-recommended versions.
- Reset the BIOS/UEFI settings.
- Updated the BIOS/UEFI.
- Tried different settings in AMD Software (Adrenalin).
- Used AMD's official driver uninstaller and DDU.
- I can’t remember more, but I’ll update as I recall.

PC Specs:

- Intel i5 10400F
- Asrock Rx 6600 8G
- 600W 80 Plus Bronze PSU
- 2 monitors (1080p, 75Hz and 720p, 60Hz)
- Motherboard: B460M-DS3H
- Samsung Evo 570 (500GB) NVME M.2
- Peripherals: 2 keyboards (one USB, one PS/2), Logitech G203 mouse, 2 SATA HDDs, a cheap microphone, and possibly more that I can’t remember.

Any help is appreciated! If you have any questions, I’ll respond as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!
