RX 580 random driver timeouts

I bought this card about a year ago now, and recently (past month or so) I've been getting random rendering bugs in games, followed by a black screen. Generally, the game crashes as well and reports a rendering issue, and Radeon software reports that "a driver timeout has occurred."

Rendering bugs typically include textures not loading/being transparent or models not rendering. Additionally, this seems to only affect 3D applications, and usually when graphics are set on the higher side of things. I have found that lowering my graphics settings seems to reduce the frequency of crashes, but doesn't eliminate them. Also, I never use settings that would prevent me from getting around 75 FPS.

Things I've Tried:

  • Updating Windows
  • Updating games
  • Trying optional drivers/rolling back to previous drivers
  • Using DDU to wipe all drivers
  • Swapping the PCIe slot my card is in
  • Using MemTest86 to check for memory issues (a post I found recommended it)
  • Using default clock speeds on CPU and GPU
  • Auto overclocking CPU (with Ryzen Master) and GPU (With Radeon software and with MSI Afterburner)
  • Buying a new case/fans for better airflow

PC Specs:

  • Ryzen 5 3600x
  • Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite Wifi
  • MSI Radeon RX 580 Armor 8GB
  • Corsair CX650M

If anyone has any suggestions, fixes, or questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Thanks in advance!
