hey so i had an gtx 960 graphic card and i bought ARMOR rx 580 and i make sure that i delete all nividia drivers using DDU 

and i download tha latest version of the rx drivers but the card is not functioning (CODE 43)

my moyherboard is b550 aorus elite and i have a old samsung monitor with only vga so i am using HDMI cable and adapter that convert hdmi to vga 

i tried everything including ( updating bios , reseting windows changing the graphic card slot ...)

Have you tried... using a different cable/adapter? Using an older version of drivers?
Code 43 doesn't really tell anything in particular other than the fact that your new GPU isn't having a great time with your current system. It might even be faulty, unless you have a way to test it elsewhere on a different system. Is your previous GPU still working fine?
