radeon rx 560(2nd monitor)
intel i5 9400f(no onboard graphics)
mai b360 mobo
i am having horrible fps issues since making a switch from an amd phenom 2 x6 and using the 560 for gaming
please help in anyway, i am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to pcs, but i spent a nice hanfull of money on this upgrade for it to be giving me literally 20 fps on destiny 2. i have enabled xmp in the bios already.
yes i have new drivers installed
