Hey,
For some time now I had issues with my PC where when I play and tab out of Rainbow Six Siege or any other games my game gets a black screen and after that my entire pc just goes full black. After my driver restarts my game is stuck in black screen, but everything is normal again. Later I am forced to close my game through task manager bc it doesnt close sometimes even makes multiple black screen (entire pc not the game only).
What I tried:
DDU
switched ram sticks (tested every ram slot still had same issue)
switched cpu
Downgrade of drivers (tried a lot of older version still same issue)
Upgrade of drivers
Used 1 monitor only
Tried to play some games in vulkan
reinstalled windows
verified game files
checked temp (mostly between 60-70 degrees celsius)
Bios update
chipset installed
bios reset
Unplugged and replugged cables
tried D.O.C.P off and on
reinstalled multiple games
cleared my ssd and hdd
verified game files
verified windows files
Those are all the things I tried. I don't know what else to do.
Here are my specs:
- 1920x1080 (FHD) 60hz monitor from Acer
- 1920x1080 (FHD) 144hz monitor with freesync premium on from LG
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (Custom Cooler from Arctic)
- Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16
- Asus Prime B450M-A
- AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB (Red Devil Golden Sample OC) 1411-1425mhz Core 2000mhz Memory
- SanDisk 240GB SSD + Seagate Baracuda 1TB HDD
- Windows 10 Home 22H2
- AMD Software Version 22.11.2
I also found those Errors in the Event Viewer. I don't know what it means so I hope someone can help me with it.
There are 27 svchost.exe errors in my Event Logger with 4-5 different PID's.
There are 2 SecurityHealthService.exe errors. Both have the same PID's and ProfSvc PID.
