You are living in the minimum requirements of the reference card, AIB cards usually ask for more. Not mentioning that it could be a PSU shady brand, i don't know. And 80+ Bronze is not up to speed these days.
Comparing to my old RoG RX480, I couldn't even stay stable on windows without crashing with less then 650Watts.
A good PSU is recommended, specially if you plan upgrades down the road.
It could be possible that a new driver is pushing its clock a bit further, thus, causing the problem, try to limit its power or underclock the card to sse if it helps.
