About 2 weeks ago I bought a new main monitor of 144hz so my old monitor of 60hz would be my secondary. My main problem is my graphics card crashes sometimes during: ALT+TAB, changing music while playing, receiving messages on steam while playing. Both monitors freeze and after 10 seconds it shows that the graphics card crashed. It is a RX 580 8GB MLLSE
current setup:

RYZEN 5 5500
DDR4 16GB 3200MHZ
1TB SSD
Using: dual monitor 144hz+60hz
