I've got this randomly happening once daily with my new gpu only with google chrome. No way to reproduce it, it goes away after scrolling the page. I've found old threads with similar issues dating back 1 year. So this still isnt fixed?

Windows 10 latest update, latest amd driver, latest chrome.

Same trouble on RX480. Its hardware accelerating in chrome + amd driver
Try disable hard acc

Thanks for the advice. But disabling hardware acceleration is not an option for me. If I won't find a fix I'll refund and never buy an amd gpu ever again.
