Hello, i have model of an rx 5700xt dell oem that crashes and starts to do a loud coil whine after few minutes of booting into windows or bios, and after a cold reboot the system doesn't post and only the fans turn on, this will "fix" itself with a gpu reseat but soon after everything repeats itself, i've disabled Virtualization, ASPM and i can't change my pcie link speed to pcie 3 cuz my options are auto, 2, 1.1. The computer runs with no problems with another GPU or on the iGPU
