RX 5700 XT Aerofly FS 2: 8-12% gpu use @ 200mhz clock! WTF!

This is getting really lame,  My crappy iMac with pro570 chews right thru this same title with same MAX settings.   Why Why Why can't you just make this gpu, if it's the "next gen architecture", just be better than the previous?  You need to give us a way to ensure our card will clock up to what you promised when selling it,  I mean I am not complaining about it falling a hundred mhz short here.   Game after game,  unless I crank up the resolution to 4k (which I cant expect it to perform great then anyway),  at resolutions it should power through and be a champ at,  it just checks out, either completely, like with Aerofly FS 2, which somehow manages to get 30fps while utilizing avg. 6-20%  with clock speed of 150-300mhz.   Although for good measure it drops to ZERO % every few seconds.   Many other games are similar,  clocks shooting up to 2000mhz,  just to drop to 300mhz,  and it absolutely ruins any chance of using this card.  So I now have my OLD rx580 installed alongside my NEW rx5700xt, so I can play most every game that just sucks with my new card.   I also find myself hopping on my Mac to play titles at good framerates without dropping every other frame.   At least you seemed to have done a great job with these Polaris cards,  I really should have just waited to spend money on a new GPU, since I can't hardly use it!

Well I see we got our first update since Adrenalin 2020 came the other day............aaaannnd.......as usual, a whole list of fixes for stupid pointless things like screen recording, and live streaming.  Also intermittent nuisance problems which MAY happen in A specific game.  Of course still not a mention about overall garbage performance or maybe giving us an option to run our cards the same way all our older cards worked, I.E. when a demand for the GPU begins (game)  if I set my Wattman up for 1960mhz GPU clock and 1750mhz memory clock WHY CANT YOU JUST LET THE FREAKIN GPU STAY UP AT THAT SETTING!!!!      If there is some technical reason, than tell us!  For 1: I can afford the electricity,  and 2:  if I cook my card or something, thats my fault,  I would rather actually USE my GPU for some period of time and feel that I actually got what I paid for.  Because I cant return this card now, and I certainly cant use it for most my games.  So other than for rendering, I am getting far better results using my old card for gaming, because even though it has lower specs, it actually does EXACTLY what it's supposed to.   As I wrote above, when I run Aerofly FS 2 on my RX5700 XT even at 4k resolution I do get an average of 67fps, but since the clocks will not just stay up, every time the demand changes even slightly (which is every 4-5sec) it drops so many frames that I might as well be playing at 20fps, and it's MUCH worse at 1080p, because then the GPU pretty much falls asleep, with the clocks dropping sometimes below 100mhz!   I have tried setting the Min and Max clock in wattman to both be up, and all it does is crash the pc.  I have NEVER purchased an Nvidia product, even with the temptation of being able to use all the cuda only rendering options, regardless, I still have been completely happy with EVERY AMD product I have ever purchased, until I purchased this RX5700 XT card.   PLEASE change my mind, and make me a happy AMD supporter again, PLEEEEASE!
