Hello, my RX XFX 5700 stops recognizing my First Monitor via DisplayPort. When I switch its connection to HDMI and back to DisplayPort it shows up but only if I unplug my second Monitor and connect my First Monitor via its HDMI Cable. Restarting or Uprating AMD Adrenalin doesn't work either.
