I'm struggling to set up My RX 570-based Sonnet Puck to two monitors using MST (daisy-chain).
It works when the two monitors I connect are identical (2x Dell Ultrasharp U2917DC monitors).
But when I connect one Dell and one Samsung 4K (U32J590UQ) monitor (in that order in the chain), Windows detects the Samsung, but refuses to turn it on.
Also, if I connect the Dell → Samsung chain to a different DisplayPort source (intel), it works!
In summary:
- RX 570 → Dell → Dell works
- intel → Dell → Samsung works
- RX 570 → Dell → Samsung doesn't work
Any ideas?
