Hello everyone, a long time ago you helped me with a problem related to my processor but now I am looking for help with my video card.

I currently have a 2 gigabyte rx 550 brand Sapphire which I use to edit small videos and when playing games I use geforce now, my problem is that every time I open obs the screen goes black and it tells me that the video drivers have crashed I use version 21.12.1 which they say was the most stable but after several uses it still gives me the problem

Somewhere I read that the most current version of the drivers solves the problem, but apart from that, is there another solution? I guess I'm not the only one who had this problem and if someone can help me? by the way i use windows 10

Same problem here, i have rx 550 sapphire with 4gb ram,
When i try to record Minecraft with obs, it crashes the AMD video driver, usually black screen, then the sceen will come back and minecraft, obs closes, but if i start minecraft then obs, sometimes its a full crash and the screen wont go back, after the restart windows device manager shows error code 22 (disabled) on the rx 550 video card,

the amd driver is replaced by the default windows driver.

The problem wont go away with older, newer graphics driver, full install, driver only,

I use win 11, but win 10 has the same issue.

Had the problem since i had the video card, nothing fixed it.

Also i use cpu to record on obs, does not always crash 50/50.

Crash fixes the issue for 1-2 uses, video driver reinstall sometimes a bit more, but never permanently.

This is a 3+ year old problem for me.
